While browsing this lovely and interesting board, I saw this picture, posted by PascaL
The light unit is nice, but could someone tell me where to find the carbon parts ?

As far as I remember they were custom made. In the old board we had a user offering carbon kickplates (also custom made). I believe it was Joerg Kirch. |

@Adrian It was sorted out by the dealer shortly before "Kempenrit 08". So the drive to the meeting was the ultimate test. Do I need to say, that during the whole day, I wasn't feeling quite confortable, and that my eyes were focused on the temp gauge and to the rear view mirror. After Kempenrit, I could even meet some of the Runners in Bastogne and drive back to Larochette. Seems, that this time the work was done correctly. Hopefully... |

A shame the Italian guy don't want to earn some euros..... I am so jealous about people that are really handy with carbon fibre matts and polyester. So sticky and a real mess, but there are guys outthere that can do magic with those products. |

Btw: In the Xpowerforum there is someone who is working in a Company which is specialised on carbon fiber materials. He's got a custom made MG ZS rear spoiler made of carbon fiber and maybe this company wants to earn some GBPs

@Fränky The kickplates, which you call clickplates, ist the part at the bottom of the door, and not the one mentioned ebay.

@Fränky: I saw those as well. I am glad to see a high res. picture, as there is much chrome 'abfall' on the market. They are very nice and allthough I currently have a lot of chrome in the interior, I won't go that route. @Pascal: Are the door caps from the same Italian guy ? |

No these are original Rover ones which you could buy at your dealer. I ordered them, when I bougth the car. |
